You heard it here first, people! The much-awaited BlackBerry 9000 will be announced on May 12th, the first day of WES 2008 in Orlando, FL. There will even be booths setup so y’all can demo the device to your heart’s delight. Word has it that Mike Lazaridis will be up on stage announcing the device. You know, getting his Steve Jobs on! This is 100% confirmed, too. So…who’s excited?
P.S. If you absolutely can’t wait for the 12th, Kevin over at CrackBerry.com got his hands on a BlackBerry 9000 and has put it through the paces!
Anyone who goes to WES needs to go directly to the memory available and see how much on board memory it has.

I lost all respect for you bg. You purposely ignored huge news like a hands on reviews of the bb 9000 because it was from another website?? If it weren’t for those exact sites that actually REPORT new stuff, you site wouldn’t be this popular and I sure wouldn’t know of it.

This is the first time I have seen you talk or link about the bb 9000 hands on review. It is more to do about covering it then just linking it.
Listen, I can careless if those guys get their site mentioned or not. It’s just that my self and many others come to your site for the latest info. Specially for bb for me. If you can point to the blog or story in which you/staff posted about bb 9000 hands on review, please tell me. I did not find anything.
Again, I can careless about other sites names/links/whatever being mentioned as I don’t have a stake in, it’s the news/story man!

I am anxiously awaiting this phone and will be getting one as soon as possible. I tried the Curve and loved it and I am holding out to upgrade for the Bold. I really think it will surpass everything out there….HURRY!!!!! I WANT ONE!!!!!!
