Another Verizon / BlackBerry outage?
Anyone out there having issues? We’ve got a flood of tips that came in this morning about Verizon BIS problems…How’s it working for you?

Working fine on my Pearl on Long Island.
I’m good in Richmond, VA. Voice, text, and email all working.

Dunno about VZQ, but TMO was having probs in NYC all weekend. Funny cuz TCP was accessible, but BIS was not. Bah..
Outage notification I received from Sprint indicates issue with provisioning and Blackberry Admin site. That issue was fixed in 48 minutes per a follow up notification.
Yes, I live out here on the West Coast in British Columbia, and my Mail was down for almost the entire Sunday. I am getting a little concerned with all these RIM outages of late, and am beginning to question the reliability of the RIM Servers.

it always had problems, verizon phones just suck
All good here in Detroit….I love my pearl but verizon’s blackberry support can best be described as “a piece of ass”
just thought id throw that in.
my VZW Pearl 8130 has been able to send and receive emails all morning, and send receieve sms & mms just fine. calls are good too.
Everything working great on my push email.
Of course I have an iPhone and Yahoo.
Working fine here as well, D.C area.
Just sent a test email – 5 seconds later I got it on my BB. Verizon 8830.
I’m in Des Moines, btw.
I had exchange server issues all weekend, but couldn’t tell if it was Verizon or 4smartphone’s fault
My Verizon BIS seems fine here in Los Angeles.
VZW okay in Birmingham Al,
my 8130 working perfect in Olympia, WA
Everything working fine on my VZW Pearl in Chattanooga, TN
All good in Cincinnati, OH.
VZW/bb 8830 been on and off all weekend on BIS in Cincinnati, Ohio
