AT&T’s Microsoft Surface hands on

Right on schedule, AT&T has unleashed the beast that is the Microsoft Surface on an unsuspecting public. Thanks to a BGR tipster, we’ve got some hands-on pictures of one of the first machines to hit the streets. Nothing unexpected here, but it is an excellent demonstration of some of the practical applications of this giant multi-touch machine. More shots after the jump.

Thanks, dmackdaddy!

really really large and the you would think they would get the display to be brighter, looks pretty dull. Not as good as I expected, atleast from these pix.

Why would one want it small? Looks fantastic to me. I wonder how fast those things burn out. I am going to have to go check one out in person. I would like my boss to pony up and get one for our store too.

    Thanks for the great pictures.

Theres going to be a Full blown AT&T Experience store in Stamford, CT. It will be in the Stamford Mall to be exact, and coming soon! Release date keeps getting setback, but only because they keep increasing budget to get more cool stuff in! Expect many shiny toys and gadgets and the possibillity of 1 or more Microsoft surfaces!

Hope to see BGR there, in person!!

This San Bruno store is brand new and use to be a Blockbuster. It’s a very nice store with 50+ inch plasmas on the wall to highlight their HD offerings as well.

Nope, LA is not in the cards. NYC. I’ll be stopping by one of their NYC locations during my lunch break tomorrow.
