Using Mobivox’s “Send Message” you can dictate emails or sms without downloading any applications. All you have to do is register as a Mobivox user (which is free) and add contacts to your address book. Mobivox also makes your first five sent messages free…I’ve used the service and it works well. It’s pretty good, though I’m still getting used to it. Its very easy to use…I’d like a “compose email with JOTT” option along with the “Reply/reply all with JOTT” on the menu.

Does it offer that or maybe its b/c its a free version that I can’t do that

Only problem, if you consider it that, is that it takes upwards of 15 min to send you a copy of what you said in text form. Too long for me. Nice app and works fairly well tho.

I’ve been using it for a while. Seems pretty cool. Fairly accurate. A lot more than other voice apps I’ve used. And even if it can figure out what you said, (if there’s lots of background noise) it will send you an mp3 of the recording, so you can figure it out for yourself.
