Stick it to the FCC, Save $100
They don’t call it "the best radio on radio" for nothing. In an age where terrestrial radio is far and away at its worst in decades, alternative options continue to gain ground. If you do manage to find actual music or talk radio between all of the commercials on regular radio, it’s a safe bet that it will hardly be entertaining thanks to a remarkable lack of talent and an ever-restrictive FCC stronghold. But with technology comes options. Internet radio, custom streaming solutions like Last.fm and Pandora, podcasts and satellite radio give us unrestricted choices that have managed to bring entertainment back to broadcast audio. If for one reason or another you haven’t yet sampled satellite radio, you’re really running out of excuses. Beyond a wide range of content that is free from the FCC’s tyrannical reign you’ll find amazing talent, any sporting even you want and a huge amount of 100% commercial-free music. In lieu of the fact that the merger is still being stifled, the only real question becomes "Sirius or XM"? Sirius is doing its part to make the decision as easy as possible for you with a $100 discount on the sleek portable Stiletto 100 receiver. For one week only, you can snag the 2 GB model of Sirius’ flagship radio for a cool $150 with the purchase at least 3 months of service ($38.85 for new accounts, $20.97 for current subscribers). Some key features of the Stiletto include the ability to record up to 100 hours of radio, pause and rewind live radio, stream at home via WiFi and store / playback MP3s from your personal collection. You’ve got until Monday to take advantage of the discount and we really can’t urge you enough to check it out. After all, an aging Howard Stern is still a hundred times more entertaining than anything on FCC-stunted terrestrial radio.

Although the post is a little fanboy’ish I will completely agree. As a Sirius subscriber I cannot imagine life without it. Great shows uncensored and commercial free music, that with a device the records the content and has wifi and its a great device and well worth the money.

There’s really no hurry for this pricing, this item is on Amazon for same price with no tax and free shipping with no deadline. And you don’t need to commit to any specific terms with Sirius.
I just bought a second Stiletto 100 from Amazon at this price, it really is a great device. Recommend getting the Internet Premium service from Sirius for $3 addl per month, it streams CD-quality Sirius Internet channels via any WiFi network to the Stiletto! CD quality applies to Mac/PC streaming as well.
Note: if you use this on your home WiFi network, it will automatically download and install Sirius software upgrades–you need the latest version to get the CD quality Internet Premium stream.

I just looked at the Sirius web site and it’s showing the Stiletto with vehicle kit as only $99.99 with any prepaid subscription. $199.99 without a subscription.

The one on Amazon is now $160.95, and it doesn’t come with the vehicle docking kit.
