So if I send an email to a Blackberry in India from a non-blackerry account in the US, the Government of India will be able to read MY private communications by monitoring the recipient’s traffic? Talk about a chilling effect on international government, particularllyy if my email is regarding business planning for contact negotiations with the government of India. Amazing Cyberworld.

you want to sell devices in their countries then you have to follow their rules. Right or Wrong they control your ability to sell to their 1.4 Billion people.
