A lot of people praise HTC but as much as they're great hardware developers...they software and driver support SUCK! It seems that ALL of the HTC devices have some bluetooth issues and the video driver mess doesn't help. While Sprint does have crappy customer service, I think this isn't entirely their fault. HTC needs a new team devoted to putting their ROM's out the right way. Rev.A was promised in the fall, this ROM update was promised in early Q1. This is just poor management.
