Alltel commemorates Daytona 500 win with free minutes

The race car driver recently won the Daytona 500. Why should you care? His car was sponsored by Alltel. To celebrate the advertising windfall, Alltel has decided to reward new customers, as well as existing customers that add a new line, with 500 free bonus minutes. 500 minutes ain’t much, but it’s a nice touch, and could be enough to convince some folks to move on over to the company’s network.
