Colorware goes MacBook Air

Oh noes! Just when we thought the MacBook Air couldn’t get anymore cooler, Colorware goes and throws on their special colorization techniques! Not content with the aluminum base on it?     I’m sure they can. I wonder if they use electrostatic painting techniques, or the new “Krylon-style” plastic-bonding paints. If you call, see if they can do the rubberized paints. :)

    So now that we’re back in English class…

    I actually like the Blue and Yellow/Gold, of course I’m a little partial to it because its my School’s colors, but still you can say you’re the only person in the neighborhood with a “Cool Air”.

    I don’t like Colorware’s Policy regarding warranty.

    If you want 1 year parts and labor, you need to buy the product through them and painted.

    If you send in a BRAND NEW Sealed item, you only get 1 year labor, 30 day parts; same as a used device being sent in.

    How is that even fair? It’s feigned customer service.
