There really isn't much bad to say about the Zune. I don't understand the constant Microsoft bashing... They actually try to do the right thing... Most of the Windows Mobile 5 phones got a free upgrade to WM6. Zune generation 1 got a free upgrade to the generation 2 software. ...and now giving free units for a delay. That's crazy! I guess since they don't believe in excessive product placement and borderline slanderous advertising, they're not cool?
