AT&T’s LG Shine to go red and get some love?
We just got a shot of what looks like nothing less than an AT&T Valentine’s Day promo poster. It shows of a red Blackjack II, a red BlackBerry Curve 8310, and apparently a red LG Shine. It doesn’t look at that bad either, does it? Looks like AT&T is still running that "limited time" offer thing with all three phones going for $99 with a 2-year agreement. Get ‘em while they’re hot! Red hot, to be exact. Larger shot is after the break.
pfft.. people have a hard enough time getting the current silver one, I can imagine how bad the red one will be..
there will also be launching a black lg shine end of febuary.
Is it just me or does the red 8310 look just awful.

I have a red 8310. I have to agree that its not the best looking color out there, but i dont like the regular silver and blacks and wanted to get a diff color
I have to say though, I love th GPS feature on it. I use mapquest turn by turn directions(4.99 a month) with it and absolutely love the performance. So much so that even though my office has upgraded me to a 8320( wifi + t-mobile), I am sticking to my 8310
Come on guys this shine color news is so..10 days ago. LG had ATT branded red and black shine handsets on display at CES.

That red shine does look fly. Black looks good too. ATT is stepping up their selection game this year. Last year sucked. all they had were razors.

(kind of) I just saw a commercial while watching the Giants / Packers game featuring the red phones, I don’t remember if the commercial itself said anything about them being a different color, I just remember the picture.
the red one is really ugly in real life. the silver one is better.
The red is not ugly. I have it and it is really nice phone, it’s just made more for the female population not guys and if people don’t like the color red itself it’s not made for them.

MY DAUGHTHER GAVE ME THE RED SHINE AS A MOTHERS DAY GIFT, AND I LOVE IT. SIMPLE TO USE AND THE SCREEN IS VERY SHARP. GREAT PICTURE TOO.
When exactly does the promotion go up in Canada for Rogers? I keep hearing rumors, and I know it’s for Valentine’s. But does that mean they are releasing the phone on Feb. 14 or in like January maybe?
Does anyone know where I can get one now, from a reliable source?
