ColorWarePC getting into the BlackBerry game, sign us up!

It looks like you won’t be able to start ordering a custom-colored BlackBerry Curve, BlackBerry Pearl, or BlackBerry 8800 from ColorWarePC until December, 29th, but we’ve scored a couple images from their own website! Tired of the LRG edition Sidekick 3? We are too. But that hasn’t stopped them from doing a couple BlackBerry 8800’s for LRG in green and red, with a gold LRG logo on the back. Like? Hate? No word on pricing, but if you send your unit in, we can’t imagine it being more than $99 for the base treatment of one color. Hey, ColorWare! Don’t forget our custom Boy Genius Blue BlackBerry 8310 you promised, ‘kay?

Colorware did my iPhone. They did an unbelievable job. People see mine and go “oh you got a white one?” as though it came that way.

Lots of people like their stuff customized. I think it looks stupid. Those images are horrendous. Just leave it as is. Its a phone…you will have a new one in a year most. Don’t waste your time.

I’ll leave the shiny black rim around the slider on and change the rest to BGR blue…and get the shiny keys to look like the TyTN II.

I was thinking about it for my B8820. I emailed to find out if I could get my extra battery door done as well, NOPE. You can only send in a full BB no extra parts. So if you lose it or it gets ruined you SOL.
