Sprint is the “undisputed leader in customer service”!
One of readers took a brief Sprint Customer Satisfaction Survey, and what was the message he got on completion? Nothing big, just that Sprint apparently is the "undisputed leader in Customer Service"! Really, guys? The undisputed leader? That’s quite a stretch, don’t you think? They were rated the worst, after all, in J.D. Power and Associates awards.
So when they stop dropping customers for calling customer service too much I’ll give them a chance.
who drops customers for calling too much? it aint tmobile i get people everyday that called in alot, and i still have to talk to them
guys, I have ZERO idea what you are talking about. I have been working Sprint’s Customer Service for 8+ years. I have had discounts applied to my account forever. Just recently, I needed to get out of my contract early. 2 lines and they wanted to charge me 200 dollars. I spoke with a manager and we compromised on the following: 2 months they would waivemy plan fees: 180 PER month and then they would allow me to leave and waive one of the 2 ETFs. They did this on top of the 20% credit I receive each month…I actually made money to leave Sprint!!!! God I love non-savvy CS Managers

I had Nextel for 3 years, then they went to Sprint, I was soooo fed up with their network quality here in the boston area i Dediced to switch to t-mobile. I walked into t-mobile the day i cheated on sprint/nextel and was WOWed!!! Those T-mobile guys have their stuff together. Unlike sprint who just said they have a better network, T-mobile explained to me why i was better off there and got better bang for buck. I got those my faves and i really it. I can even go out of the country now and use my cell phone unlike sprint/nextel phones. Everytime i have a problem, T-mo custoer service and retail rep guys always solve the problem and THERE BILL IS ITEMIZED AND DETAILED!! i can understand it. Also, they speak english!! it’s awesome!!

I’ve always had good customer service with Sprint. Tech support is suspect though.
