Mobile Secretary keeps you organized
When told about an avatar that helps you out and keeps your organized, we cringed. At first, we think of that dreaded Paper Clip thingy from MS Office. Clippy? Mobile Secretary, though, is a different bite of the same apple, but resides on your cell phone. It’s available in China currently, but InterGrafx is looking to perk up some European ears soon. Says rep Charles Chiang: "It’s very fun. Your secretary handles things like SMS and incoming calls. You can choose different types of [secretaries] from our server side, you can fire them and download a new one, or train them to be smarter. And you can even take a photo of someone, and put their picture on the avatar." We vote for "novel at best," but who knows…maybe there’s a market for something like this…
Are there male secretaries? I want to put Matt Damon on mine.
And actually, ‘Secretary’ is soooo un-PC now.

There’s a reason why it’s a big hit with China…just wait for Mobile Secretary 2.0 aka Big Brother complete with GPS Locator, always-on front facing VGA camera, and speakerphone/auto-answer only for incoming calls from BB.
That’s just plain creepy having a cell phone tell me what to do (with it’s hands on it’s hips)…
