Verizon Chocolate goes Blue Ice
Depending on which side of the fence you fall on, the decision to pick up a new Verizon LG Chocolate handset just got either far more appealing, or far less attractive. We’ll leave the personal judgement up to you, but suffice to say that the new Blue Ice Chocolate is a bit too…Blue Ice for our taste. To each their own, however. The handset has been released into the wild by way of an exclusive launch from Circuit City (the Verizon stores, in Circuit City, to be exact), with wider availability starting next Friday, December 7th. How much will this amazingly stylish new phone cost? Thanks for asking…expect to shell out $80 after a $50 mail in rebate, which ain’t too bad given the Chocolate’s spec sheet. If you do buy one, however, and find yourself on the sad end of some nasty jokes don’t say we didn’t warn you.

I really wanted one of these for christmas from my paresnt (I’m 12) and I went into the store to see it and I love the color. I don’t think it’s bad at all! And a lot of people are getting them and i’ve heard nothing bad so far.

Im switching to verizon with my mom and this is at the top of my list of possible phones I want. I saw it in person yesterday and its really cute.
I have a few doubts though because my mom used to have the original chocolate and hated it! It always broke and she kept having to get new ones.
Im just worried too, that im going to get tired of it but we’ll see.
ive had two of these choclates and there good phones at first but after a week or two i kept having problems and now it just completely died on me. i dont reccomend getting it the spin wheel breaks commonly and it turns on and off all the time. my friends with the phone say the same thing its a headache.

I just got this cell phone on Monday, a gift from a friend. It is crazy awesome! The navigation wheel is extreme fun ^_^ and the touch keypad vibrates when I touch it. It’s so much fun! The color, by the way, is beautiful too. It’s very shiny.
Anyway, ☻ don’t diss the chocolate. It’s one of the best phones.
However, for an alternative cell phone with the same idea, try the Samsung Blast. I had that phone for a while before I got my LG Blue Ice chocolate. It works the same, minus the touch screen and spin wheel. But it has a 1.5 mega pixel camera, music player (yum!) and a bunch of other cool features. It’s strictly T-Mobile, so go visit T-Mobile.com for a preview of it!

i have this awesome phone in red. i totally recommend it. my phone never turns off on me so think twice before you lie about this beautiful phone!
I have had this phone foralmost a year. The first one kept freezing one me and verizon said that it was because of the personalized ringtones I had on it and at first they refused to replace it. I took out my memory car to show that all the sounds were on my card and they phone still messed up. I started swearing in the middle of the store and they finally said they would replace it. I know that I got a used one the first time, that’s what they do. The second phone I got the same one and yes I know it was a refurbished one, but it works great, and I love it, but it does shut off every blue moon by itself, but nothing to worry about. The wheel has never had a problem.
