I was using it, pressed a button and the screen went white. Took the battery out, tried a hard reset. Everything works, I can hear it and it syncs to the PC, but I have the dreaded white screen of death. I didn't drop it, it didn't get wet, it is just apparently planned obsolescence. We returned the original one to AT & T, got a refurbished one and it had the same problems. Takes forever to send a text and now it won't even power up completely and it is useless.
