Nokia’s shiny new 8800 Arte

What’s classier than a run-of-the-mill Nokia 8800, but not quite elevated to Vertu status? The 8800 Arte, of course. The newly released handset sports of slew of high-end accents, including a sapphire-embedded D-Pad and leather trim on the base of the handset. The features department isn’t terribly lacking either, including a 3.2 megapixel camera, 1 GB of on-board storage, OLED display, and a HSDPA radio. The phones also come bundled complete with a Nokia BS-03 Bluetooth headset and color-coordinated charging stand. These are, of course, destined only for the European market, though we’re sure your local importer would be happy to ship you a couple if the price is right.

It looks like it was designed by Norelco. If you can shave with it AND it has a HSDPA radio, then I’ll want it in the States. Maybe we could call it the Razr… oh, that’s taken, nevermind.
