Verizon’s crying on the inside I’m sure, as two of their 31 flavors of the Chocolate are being sued… It’d be nice to se them off the shelves..

lol @ galvatron, I think they’d sue over crack house too. isn’t RIM known better as crackberries.

Most of their other products aren’t that great, but I’ve loved my LG phones.

Yeah they’ll build the litigation costs into the price of the 9xxx series cause their should be no way they get anything awarded to this on these.

ok ok I can see if they’d get angry about “Blueberry” since a lot of people make that mistake..and hell I’ll even give them “Blackcherry”…but STRAWBERRY? Please. Someone’s legal department clearly has some free time on their hands.
