Also on a side note I do have a computer hooked up to my television as well and it looks great but sitting close to that thing is almost a disadvantage as you have to actually move your head more to see things. I have found that my 22" widescreen samsung monitor is about all I can comfortably handle without over doing it. I'm going to say that sounds like a mid-sized over priced LCD television that they are calling a monitor. I have had both a 720p/1080i set, and a 1080p, and i cannot see the difference. Both LCD's were Samsung.
