The company sent me a new "brain" after several problems with their product. Firmware upgrades did nothing to correct the issues and the new "brain" was as bad as the old "brain". Blank screens, intermittent functionality and eventual non-responsiveness are hallmarks of the crappy parrot bluetooth car kits. It's like communism, seems like a good idea, but it's awful.
