FCC clears the HTC Juno / Phoebus for arrival
As if our word wasn’t good enough, it looks like evidence is mounting in favor of a certain American carrier getting hold of an HTC slider phone sometime in the near future. The FCC has just approved a somewhat mysterious device labeled as the HTC Phoebus. On second glance, however, it’s clear that this is, in fact, the HTC Juno / Dopod C750. As we all know, FCC approval is one of myriad steps a device manufacturer has to take in order to bring a handset into consumer’s hands, but it’s a necessary one nonetheless. This is good news for the HTC faithful, and could bode well for T-Mobile customers seeking a leg up over their AT&T-loving peers.

I don’t think this will beat a Tilt but at least tmo will get something most people with their standard phones can upgrade to.
Then again wasn’t tmo basically founded for hotspots and sidekicks?

yes, it wont beat the tilt because t-mo will have a version of the tilt too

That would be nice if the Juno came to T-mobile that quick.

Well the managers in the northeast are going to an htc training in jersey city and are supposivly receiving a brand new device that is “unlike anything they have done before”. It is not the touch nor the tilt. So I’m assuming it may be this? It will be hitting T-Mobile retail stores end of October. Thanks!
