Could this be the European iPhone?

Always the hip ones on the OEM parts scene, CNN.cn is now featuring this anodized iPhone OEM back case. The part doesn’t include the actual chrome Apple logo, but for $46.99, we’re not too concerned. Here’s one small problem, this back case does not include the internal metal structure that is necessary. You’ll have to remove it from your current back case and then affix it to this one. Not an easy task. Then again, when has a little elbow grease stopped us from rockin’ the best! Anyone think that if this case, and the black OEM iPhone case CNN.cn sells is 100% OEM, that we might see one of these make a debut on the European iPhone?

P.P.S. - I like the way you changed the subject from “Scratched iPhone? No Problem” to “Could this be the European iPhone?”

The purpose was that, assuming these are OEM parts, which we believe they are, then couldn’t these make their way into the European iPhone? I wanted the post title to reflect that…

IMHO I really don’t think these will make it on to the European iPhone. How long have these covers been on cnn.cn? I guess we will find out tommorow - Mums the word ;)
