T-Mobile BlackBerry launch event hits the road
If you thought T-Mobile really didn’t have any BlackBerrys up their sleeve, you were wrong. Set to start on September, 18th in NYC, RIM and T-Mobile will be hitting the road across the USA to preview their "hottest offerings". The list of cities they hit are: Atlanta, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington D.C., and New York. Oh yeah, you get a complimentary breakfast so your hands get all greasy when your enjoying a "hands-on demonstration". Noice! Full size invite after the jump.

The Events are not in the morning, they are in the evening!

I think there is another reson for these cities notice how pheonix is not on the list but LA is Ney yor if I’m not mistake all the aformetioned cities are markets were ATT has a heavy share in the gsm market
Probably rolling out the 8320 the perls an the 8820 I just wish they would roll out a umts USB modem for lapies

The event is for dealers, employees, and indirect dealers. In other words…I’ll be going. Already registered for ATL.

The first dinner is on the 25th…so I could see that happening…first 100 people get the Curve…but we don’t have a confirmation of that yet.

There’s a lot of people going on about 3G here and I think it should be noted that there’s more to this than just T-Mobile not rolling this out.

I just got my invite this evening. I will be going to the LA event. I hope the free curves for the first 100 is true. I went to the AT&T launch for the Pearl in LA and I was disappointed. They only gave out a few. I tend to get lucky at these things.
how did you register for the miami event ?
I was in attendance at the NYC launch. At a club called Pacha on the westside of Manhattan. They showed a 5 minute video. Gave a 5 minute speech. Provided food (breakfast) and drink. There were a few vendors to speak with (Wallace Wireless, ThinPrint, chalk, etc)and at the end, all in attendance received an 8320. Which I am actively using now… : )
