RIM launches Built For BlackBerry software site

If you find yourself with a craving for some new, uncharted piece of software for your BlackBerry handheld device, you won’t have to soldier on any further, dear readers, as RIM has answered your silent calls for help. The manufacturer recently launched a specialized web portal entitled Made For BlackBerry. The service is pretty self explanatory, serving as a ‘Berry software aggregator to bring you a comprehensive list of compatible software for everyone’s favorite push email device (sorry, iPhone, but RIM’s got you on this one). The software is neatly organized into relevant categories, and provides a decent, if somewhat thin, cross section of offerings.

    nothing earth shattering here. Lets wait and see if RIM ever updates the pages. Nothing that you cant find on many other sites, I guess this one is good because its RIM’s?
