They checked everything and even new emails and said the only thing they can figure is the dept that does the rebate forms put it in to cover for the month of September. I have talked to this Manager/Supervisor on several occasions and I think personally there a straight shooter. The local Corporate store in Albany NY has NADA, ZIP on this device. Once again we sit back and wait. But personally since the Wifi and 3G BB is coming out in December "Christmas or New Year" time frame I myself just mite wait for that to happen. Also mentioned was the new Curve for September 24 time frame, DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH cause you will loose the bet on that one as it stands right now. I was told that is definetly NOT going to happen on that date as it stands in Black and White right now. Also the not shipping the 8820 till all 8800's are gone, thats gibberish also. Reps on the phone can't say anything, as it says this call may be recorded for quality assurance, it could also be used against anyone leaking sensitive information. It would be ignorant of them to risk there job to inform us of things that they don't have to. I haven't seen anything as far as press releases or any clues from 3rd party retailers. With today being labor day I don't expect to see anything until at best tomorrow the 4th.
