Wow I came on here to read a silly article they were talking about on best week ever. Either this is a secret meeting place for white aryans or the world is alot worse off than I thought it was. Ignorance is the culprit but only the truly stupid people embrace it and promote it. Anything the racist people said can be refuted by 1) themselves 2) history 3) realistic pictures of american society. I wouldn’t mind letting these miserable souls wallow in their own hate and ignorance IF they weren’t harming people and hindering their own kids in the process. The fact that they keep holding onto outdated and thoroughly wrong ideas and practices that made things like NAACP and black history month necessary in the first place shows their lack of illumination on the subject and ruins any credibility they might have had. I thought we’ve come to a point where we look at individuals instead of genaralizing and promoting stereotypes. I see a bunch of cowards (White and Blacks) sitting behind their computers and feeling really bold. If we were all facing each other in person I am sure we wouldn’t be as bold. There are White gangs, just like there are with other races. There are bad low life people in every race, and because someone is doing something wrong doesn’t warrant you to do thesame you become WRONG also. Teach, if you no better. I will go with the idea that it just got lost in the translation. There are a lot of U.S. product names that either just don’t make sense in other languages or can be taken offensively. For example, there used to be a drugstore in So.Cal that changed it’s name to Osco (after a merger) but the pronunciation sounded just like the Spanish word “asco”; which means disgust or loathing. Needless to say with the large Spanish speaking population on So.Cal; their sales started to fall. So they dropped the Osco name and reverted back to Sav-on; which is now CVS in So.Cal.

A funny example of “lost in translation” was the movie “Free Willy”. In the U.K., Willy is another name for an “appendage”, if you know what I mean. So folks in England really got a kick out of that one.
