FreeConferenceCall.com packs their bags, drops lawsuit against AT&T

Another day, another victory for the little guy. Remember the "conflict" we told you about a while back involving FreeConference.com and AT&T? The two companies were having a bit of a disagreement. AT&T wanted to block FreeConference.com’s services, suing the company for breach of their terms of service. FreeConference.com responded by counter-suing AT&T for Anti-trust violations…the plot thickens. FreeConference.com has apparently dropped their counter suit. It seems that the good ole’ FCC intervened in the matter. Carriers seem to have been forbidden from blocking calls, FreeConferenceCall is free to continue to offer their services…and the world keeps on turning.

UPDATE: Looks like we got a couple competitive companies mixed up! Sorry, guys. FreeConference.com’s lawsuit filed against them by AT&T was dropped months ago. FreeConferenceCall.com is a seperate entity.

    Dear Joshua

You are mixing up two competitive companies. The dropped lawsuit involves FreeConference.com. FYI- this action occurred several months ago.
