If there was any doubt in your minds whatsoever, this should alleviate that. Paul from MoDaCo tell us that both the AT&T and HTC Kaiser, Tilt, 8925 (or whatever you want to call it) ROMs are now finalized and the device should be ready to go. They’ve got a whole slew of screenshots right from the device, and boy does it look good!
On another note, one of our HTC contacts has informed us that AT&T will actually be the first to get the device, instead of HTC distributing their version to resellers first. AT&T, we love you, you are killing it!

Hi,
I broke my Palm Treo 650 2 months ago and have been looking at the Kaiser since. I have yet to see any negatives with this phone other then the price. (Considering it’s an unreleased phone at this point). One thing I am uncertain of, is this a quad band or tri band phone?

No, it will come like the pics, the one with the clock and shortcut tabs is the HTC Rom, apparently it can be downloaded though.
Can you buy a unlocked phone directly from ATT? I want this phone, but 800 bucks!?

Actually the only reason that tmo’s plans may be cheaper is bc they dont have coverage to use as many features….

Okay Guys, please don’t come out with another date if you are not a 100% sure, I mean come on just keep it real, beside I don’t know why people like boyG don’t have any such imformation on when is it going to be hitting at&t. hey if I were HTC, I would pushed to xmax, you know more people would be like hey I want one…so what you guys say to that? would you want it for Xmax?
I purchased the Kaiser the other day from the UK. DHL tracking says it should be delivered by Monday. Paid $885, OUCH! Cant wait for the phone though ;>
Its the coolest. Got one today. I can tell you this. Its reasonably priced (not close to what has been mentioned thus far)
battery life is good considering all that it does. Having a spare battery and/or car charger would be smart.
and when u see all that it does you’ll want to use ur iphone as a door stopper.

Can anybody tell me: if I buy the non-contract version from an AT&T store, will it bu unlicked for use with other SIMS/carriers? If I buy one from AT&T and need to get it unlocked, any suggestion for doing this in NYC?

Did you get a Tytn II or did you get an 8925?? I dont see anything on the web regarding that these are in fact for sale yet and it is already Oct 2nd!
