Capcom drops Street Fighter mobile to celebrate 20th anniversary

Has it really been that long? It seems like just yesterday that we were lined up outside of the neighborhood 7-11, waiting our turn to bang out some savage combo moves in Street Fighter II. Those were the days…To commemorate the franchise’s 20th anniversary, Capcom has just dropped a mobile version of the popular Street Fighter II game. The game is accessible from just about any WAP capable phone, and should provide yet another distraction in your already sidetrack-filled existence. Nice! Bring back a little piece of nostalgia, and piss off your spouse just a little bit more in the process. It’s a win-win situation. Hit the link for more info. Capcom is also planning on releasing an HD-capable version of the game, titled Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, which will be available for download on your Xbox 360 console sometime this fall. Big things poppin’ over at Capcom.
