For starters, I feel like a fool for shelling out 99 bucks for this piece of crap. Here is why it is truly a piece of crap: the blue tooth earpiece sits in a housing so that it shares a charge with the phone, and it has a housing to charge a spare battery, but the phone does not fit snuggly into its housing. This makes you double check to make sure the power leads are connected in the cradle. You cannot use the usb connection from the computer to sync the phone the phone while charging the spare battery, and earpiece at the same time. You have to use the 110 volt from electricity to charge everything and connect the usb to the phone to sync at the same time. Talk about power redundancy.
