Terrorists using World of Warcraft to train?

Ready to laugh? Well, the head of the Australian High Tech Crime Centre is convinced (and trying to convince a security conference) that terrorists are using World of Warcraft to "recreate simulated world environments." He also goes on to say, "We need to start thinking about living, working and protecting two worlds and two realities." Is it us? Or does the entire BGR Brigade feel like, regardless of how much they play WoW, it won’t come close to simulating reality? Granted, long sessions of the game are some people’s reality, but not the vast majority of the population, and certainly not the intended targets of terrorists. Fools.

One word WOW?!?!

“On Monday GamePolitics scooped the gaming press with news of a senator from Guam who plays World of Warcraft as Paleray, a maxed-out level 70 Dwarf priest.”
I guess they are not alone in WOW training.

thats scary, i would think those terrorists would say something like that Gal.
Can’t compare a made up game with mythical back story to real lives and real consequences. And not to get too political but I think more of the world right now would consider us the villain.

for any one whao has played the commandn conquer series the brother hoodof nodis th combination of 3rd world countries an terrorist nations banding to gether
the GDI is the result of all thewestern block countries US brittan western eroupe banding together in one faction. as refence in the cutscene from old skool C&C red alet
in tibirean sun this is more emphasised as ti als lookedto to use eligion to embolden troops and raise morale IE “the spirit hand of Kane” “in the name of Kane”, “Kane lives in death” the brther hood still has cells an cactionons waring for dominance or command postions.
GDI is the result of EU AN us Armed forces all servin as one branch
even the mission stucture in the games reflects this type of nature. IE nod campains involve stealth misions infiltrating basses buting a leader out of prison ect.
heck you could swap out the word Tiberium for Plutonium/uranium/oil.
scary coincidence huh?

Wow. Is everyone who posts comments on this site children in second grade? Or just adults with second grade educations? The grammar/spelling here is terrible. Regardless how interesting/insightful the content of your comment is, if its full of errors, it instantly makes the comment (and its writer) look stupid.
