What I find interesting is that the # of EVDO subs is right around half of the UTMS subs. I don’t recall how many worldwide CDMA subs there are, but that’s gotta be a decent fraction of them.

it’sa strong posability yuo gott pull systemes offline to upgrage your dardware i experinced an EDGE outage last night the reps ar apernly trained to say it’s a gloval outage but i don’t buy it I asked if they were impimenting hsdpa soon an the rep said ” um they don’t really tell us much only wht whe need to know”

Translation = “we know but the NDA we have says we can’t tell ya in english”

dont forget at&t, they need to move faster to get this done asap. I dont see it as a necessity for most phones but for some “iphone,kaiser,n95″ it would be pretty cool.
