It’s kinda like what Sprint is doing. Sprint offers unlimited SMS for $15; but if you have their “Power Pack” Plan, its only $10 and you can get unlimited family SMS for $20 on a “Power Pack Family” Plan.

I think this MyFave with unlimited messaging for $10 is pretty much going to squash everyone else. Add FlexPay to that and forget about Metro and Cricket too!

If I wasn’t on employee plan, I’d be all over that new MyFave message promo. Guess I’ll just have to switch everyone I know over

Just called and got it added to my account. The rep new exactly which plan it was that I was calling about and got me set up on it right away. My-Tmobile says it’s unlimited text messaging for customers with MyFavs plans. I guess they are trying to capture (or keep) the young market with this.

I was told MyFavs Unlimited Messaging Plan ($9.99) was simply unlimited messages between you and your designated FavFive.

Once the feature is on you plan you have it until its incompatible with your equipment. You can even change voiceplan without changing the messaging bundle. Sprint screwed it’s 5.00 vision customers into 15.00 power vision customers when they went to EVDO phones. I dont see how t-mobile could do this unless they reinvent the wheel on how fast an SMS travels.

I will give it to T-Mobile in that their offerings for service and the fees associated with them are the most competitive for the industry. And, although they rarely have exclusives, it has been stated before on this site that the reason is because they wait to work out gliches on first-run releases–which also makes a degree of sense and has been shown in their devices.

That is how long you have to take advantage of it. Once you have the feature it is yours until you change your priceplan or delete it. It is like have a sale at a store… you don’t give the stuff back after the sale is over.

I don’t know how u guys started talkin abt ur phone company… But T mobile is the best for the buck… Now if they could just get 3G and a bigger footprint… The new at&t will be no more… So If ur tired of hidden fees and bad customer reps… Step into the light T MOBILE

I dont know what the heck its goin on with verizon, looks like the lost the battle to cable companies and voip providers and it looks like they are about to loose it again to wireless carriers, i dont know but sometimes companies need to take risks, i switch do to the jesus phone and have not miss then a bit

No, what’s funny is people paying $10 for unlimited messaging. I pay $7 for the same thing.. to any customer on any network. Oh yeah, I’m with Cellular South. You’ve probably never heard of them. Largest regional carrier in the country. $60 a month unlimited calling in/out, $7 unlimited msging to anyone, anywhere and $6 a month unlimited data and internet. Only problem I have is their lack of “new and latest” phones and that they are CDMA.
