i agree with jess im 15 and i have the slide.. i was worried at first that it was kinda a girly phone but its not it is rather a boy phone i have it everywhere and its my life all my lx id and 3 friends are so jealous of my slide and our super load speaker that we can all sit around and listen to just like a ipod speaker and just like an ipod i have allllll my music on there and on the bus an everywhere i listen if i dnt have my sexy slide id b lost

I LOVE MY SIDEKICK SLIDE
its the most amazing thing ever
its perfect for teenagers.. and has an amazing screen and sound
the keys are amazing and easy to use
and the colors are so co-ed. its navy blue and black even tho on the comp. it looks purple.. but its not…
all day im texting and on aim… its amazing and it fits right in my pockt ( the pocket of a thin 15 year old girl) so its a pretty small phone… and i cant tell you how many times i have droped it.. even out of a car and absolutly nothing happened… all my friends have them…. i had a lx and there is absolutly no comparrison… zero… the slide is better looking and can beat it in a landslide (get it?) and u have no idea how sturdy the slide screen is… its so durable… if ur between a lx and a slide.. slide alllllll the way

This phone is awesome. I bought it the other day…it was $200 and all of the others (other than the id, which is a retarded model in my opinion) were more expensive. The graphics are pretty sweet and the sound quality is great. You get amazing reception and the internet moves at an exceptional rate considering it’s a phone. The only thing that didn’t exceed my expectations is the ability to customize it without paying Tmobile for ringtones and backgrounds. On all the other phones I”ve had you can use songs on your music player as ringtones, not possible with the slide. Oh and it’s alot sturdier than the other sidekicks. On the old ones, the way the screen flips around makes them feel flimsy and the slide is alot safer for those of us who tend to break things. It’s smaller than all of the other sidekicks too!

I HONESTLY THINK THE SLIDE IS GREAT!!! IT LOOKS WAY BETTER THEN A LX A 3 AND A 2 BECAUSE A LX IS A MIXTURE OF A 2 AND A 3 THE SLIDE SLIDES UP AND IT HAS A COOL COLOR ALSO ITS WAY SMALLER AND THINER THEN A 3 AND A 2 I WILL BE PURCHASING 1 TOMORROW THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME REVIEW THIS PHONE!!!

I love the look of the Slide. It doesn’t look childish it looks fun. I wear a suit everyday and I carry a Wing as we speak…it’s blue and my bosses love it. I feel like the sidekick LX looks just like the sidekick 3 just skinnier with a bigger screen. The slide at least opens different and has a slightly different design. If im going to get a phone that’s supposed to be an upgrade I at least want it to look like an upgrade…but then again that’s just my opinion.

im doing a rreport on this in my class “academy of information and tecchnology.”
a class in which we study computers and such.
so i decided to pick the new sidekick slide.
a phone where it seemed intresting enough.
but i have websites that dont seem to giv me enough information on the phone since it has not been released yet.
but there has been some complaints about it.
having the phone nice and little is good. right?
not all the time.
i did research and it says that smaller more compact phones have more problems.
like the “iphone” and the chocolate.
never the less this phone may seem good.
but looks can be decieving.
having all these words jsut whirlnig around is never good for any company.
but just how far will tmobile and motorola go to show that the sidekick slide is the best phone yet?

UGHHHGHGHHGHGHGH, man, get a damn LX, if you want a skinny ugly purple death phone go ahead, if you want a gorgeous AQAU Screen 3 inch screen sharp tech with awesome moodlights and keeps the signature flip, i wouldn’t consider this a sidekick with out the swivel dance.

the sidekick slide is the best sidekick phone ive ever seen.its about time t-mobile’s sidekick got a change of look.the slide will have the same features as the LX execpt a bit smaller screen than the LX and it wont have a voice recorder which the LX will have.ive seen that alot of people have posted that its big and bulky buts its really not its smaller and i think a bit thinner the sidekick 3 and the sidekick LX from what i saw when they were comparing it to the sidekick 3 and the iphone.oh and the slide wont have flash as the LX does and i wont have a self portrait mirror which i dont know if the LX does.in style the motorola gets the props and i cant wait to buy the slide

This sidekick looks mess up…it hasn’t change much…don’t u guy see the iphone and blackberry pearl this sidekick aint got nothing one on them so they need to make that shit over again and come with something better than some rush phone…..come sharp u let motorola make this crap and I hope t-mobile althose it’s crap I’m still buyin one…..oh and one more thing I hope the edges are a lot stronger(tha silver part)…….u got to do harder than that to catch cingular
