does anyone else think it looks REAL ugly…? compared to the sidekick 3 its like really boxy.. it looks like a flat piece of plastic that would be really uncomfortable in your pocket.

Just to inform you.. this is NOT the final edition. The final one will be differant then this. And is not strickly for kids.. thats the sidekick iD. This [slide] is supposed to be around $250 and will have all the specs of the sidekick 3.. ecept they will all be upgraded (except the cam)!

The sidekick 4 is supposed to come out in fall 2008. This phone wont be as boxy and flat as it looks.. it does look pretty gay but it will look better [the final]. and this is an upgrade from the sidekick 3.

I have no idea what in the world has gotten into Danger if this is for real. I really do have to put that it can’t be a sidekick without a “kick.” All that device is nothing more than a motorola phone with danger inside. It’s not a sidekick and the sidekick community isn’t going to be taking it as such.
The sidekick Slide or Zante is a hot new phone. obviously it is not a blackberry or any type of smart phone because it is a sidekick. these phones are meant to be toy like but they are still very useful. this new one will have upgraded features and be very small compared to previous sidekicks because small phones is motorolas new theme, small phones. its not ugly it just has some childish colors. but as we know these pictures aren’t always what the phone will actually look like. And we can’t rule it out so early because it is just and experiment to see if people will like a differnt look for the sidekick, the sidekick 4 with the swivel screen will still be coming late this year, after the Zante. And trust that Sharp and Danger will put together a phone that will please everyone who gets it and dazzle everyone who doesn’t.

I work for t-mobile in the sidekick department. this is true, we’ve just finished training for this device and have had hands-on fun with it. it kicks ass. expect it before the end of 2007. september or december.
Some say its going to b called the sidekick slide or zante…others say Motorola Q700..so i guess we have 2 wait and see…in sum pix it looks nice…but in others it looks like shit!!!
does any1 know how much its goin 2 cost..cause i might wait 4 the 4 if its goin 2 cost 2 much
Is it true that the Slide is like the iD… a budget version of the LX?
Not opinion-wise, just.. business-wise, I guess. Just wondering. I mean, a budget phone is great but not what I’M looking for.
Okay, this phone looks like a piece of shit, the screen is small and is not a sidekick, its a motorola, if ur a true blooded sidekick ownewr, u would the the sidekick lx(shuriken), rather than this lowlife piece of garbage. It slides, its not a dsidekick, rthe lx swivels like da 3, and is expected to have a 3inch screen and is an huge upgrade of the 3, u can find this all on hiptop or boygenius, don’t waste ur precious sidekick 4 money on this, use ur brain. Oh and specs means specification.
This sidekick looks mess up…it hasn’t change much…don’t u guy see the iphone and blackberry pearl this sidekick aint got nothing one on them so they need to make that shit over again and come with something better than some rush phone…..come sharp u let motorola make this crap and I hope t-mobile althose it’s crap I’m still buyin one…..oh and one more thing I hope the edges are a lot stronger(tha silver part)…….u got to do harder than that to catch cingular
the sidekick slide is the best sidekick phone ive ever seen.its about time t-mobile’s sidekick got a change of look.the slide will have the same features as the LX execpt a bit smaller screen than the LX and it wont have a voice recorder which the LX will have.ive seen that alot of people have posted that its big and bulky buts its really not its smaller and i think a bit thinner the sidekick 3 and the sidekick LX from what i saw when they were comparing it to the sidekick 3 and the iphone.oh and the slide wont have flash as the LX does and i wont have a self portrait mirror which i dont know if the LX does.in style the motorola gets the props and i cant wait to buy the slide

I have a sidekick 2. This phone comes out on november 7th, has a 1.3 mp, a special thing just for myspace and lots of other cool stuff
UGHHHGHGHHGHGHGH, man, get a damn LX, if you want a skinny ugly purple death phone go ahead, if you want a gorgeous AQAU Screen 3 inch screen sharp tech with awesome moodlights and keeps the signature flip, i wouldn’t consider this a sidekick with out the swivel dance.

im doing a rreport on this in my class “academy of information and tecchnology.”
a class in which we study computers and such.
so i decided to pick the new sidekick slide.
a phone where it seemed intresting enough.
but i have websites that dont seem to giv me enough information on the phone since it has not been released yet.
but there has been some complaints about it.
having the phone nice and little is good. right?
not all the time.
i did research and it says that smaller more compact phones have more problems.
like the “iphone” and the chocolate.
never the less this phone may seem good.
but looks can be decieving.
having all these words jsut whirlnig around is never good for any company.
but just how far will tmobile and motorola go to show that the sidekick slide is the best phone yet?
