Moto RIZR Z8 ships. Finally.
Remember Motorola’s mighty Z8? If not, a quick run through to jog your memory. The self-proclaimed media monster sports a unique slider layout, HSDPA radio, microSD slot, 2 megapixel shooter, and Moto’s new JUIX OS the Symbian OS. Pretty hot! Motorola initially promised to ship the device in April, but we all know how "promised ship dates" usually turn out…The good news, however, is that they’ve finally got their shipping game together, kicking out the first 3G-capable RIZR Z8s last Friday. The bad news? Well, you knew this one was coming. It’s Europe only, at least for the time being. Expect this to launch on AT&T sometime in 2027, around the same time that T-Mobile gets around to launching their 3G network. So sad.

This is the one Ive been waitng for(yes over the Iphone) But should have known they would screw over americans once again,sad that a us company forgets its own time after time.
Hey BG, How about an updated report on the z6? at least we americans will be able to use most of its functions.. I love your site, but am getting really burnt out on reading about things we wont get. We allready know we are the bastard step children of the cell industry, we dont have to have it thrown in our faces everyday.
