I've finally decided against it. I'll wait until things settle--and especially until the phone is unlockable. I have to travel to Europe this summer--and how I would love the iphone's functions. But the "unlimited data" doesn't apply in Europe, and ATT warns that I could be charged for services I didn't even know I was using (the costs of seamless wifi). I can't forward to pay for the iphone and then come home with an unpredictable $700 phone bill--without even making voice calls! Hardly a world phone. I need a sim. I need iphone freedom!
