YouTube goes live with Remixer, YouTube Mobile

YouTube has had quite a busy weekend. The online video service has launched a couple of new tools that should make wasting time with your home videos that much easier. First up is the general availability of YouTube Mobile. Verizon’s initial run of exclusivity has expired, giving the rest of us some much anticipated mobile action. While the site only features an editor selected collection of the site’s "top" videos, it’s still an excellent resource for free mobile media. If that’s not enough for you, don’t run away just yet. YouTube has also launched its Remixer application, which provides video publishers the ability to edit their flicks from a convenient online interface. While it provides nothing close to the power of Final Cut or Premier, this Adobe sourced app will certainly suffice for basic editing jobs.

I like this and since they updated their mobile and at home viewing experince I have had fun watching some videos, but I have found Veoh.com and think it is a much better experience than youtube has been.
