We have three Moguls on our Sprint family plan and I can tell you that it has made my life so much easier. My two sons love it as well. Here's why I enjoy using the HTC PPC-6800; I'm a realtor who travels to various new places daily and thus Sprint's built in GPS capability is critical for going places efficiently without having to print out and look down at the directions while driving. The Mogul's Sprint Navigation includes a talking directions capability, which allows me to place the phone down and follow the directions without being distracted. Also, the internet browser works well with most internet sites, not 100%, but most sites. The OS/ Windows Mobile CE is very powerful, allowing users to access Word, Powerpoint and Excel files, just to name a few app's. In addition, I use the camera/camcorder to video or take pictures and can instantly send them to someone via email. This phone is spectacular and would have a difficult time without it. Here are some of the features I use on a regular basis; instant local weather forecast, camcorder (which I use to tape live hockey games and concerts), Google Maps, with the live traffic feature, shows where their is accidents, slow traffic, etc. in real time; calculator, MP3 player, three email accounts, instant messaging, contact managment and speed dialer, and flashlight(uses the light bulb from the camera, can be set to stay on for 30 sec's or 60 sec's. In addition, it has built in WiFi, so I can access my email at 50MB'S while connected to WIFI. I hope those that are looking for a great phone look at the HTC models, as they are powerful and have enhanced my productivity tremendously. Don't think about slowing the video down to actually see it all, the processor can't handle that either. Looking for memory? Yeah, so is this phone. You can close all your applications but don't be surprised when 98% of system memory is still occupied and bogging your phone down. Miss calls due to running applications? Get used to it, the mogul is WONDERFUL at not accepting calls and as for glitches this baby gets a 10/10 on the suckass meter. I received the same PHONE CALL 25 times in 3 seconds apparently. Nice. Oh, and now when I text, the bottom screen of notifications DOESN'T disappear, you have to close out messaging and re-open it. Looking to send picture mail? Keep looking, this bad boy comes with the full capability of sitting there with its thumb up its ass while the least complex phones blaze by it banging out picture and video mail faster than t-shirts at a sweat shop. Of course ALL of these things can be corrected by downloading third party software (which you usually have to buy) and by hacking your phone (which usually goes horribly wrong) and by crossing your fingers and praying to a god (which usually makes more sense than actually depending on this phone). Automatic update - great for crashing your phone and putting you through loops. Ending a call and opening the internet explorer too quickly and locking up the notification "please end call before attempting to accessing the internet" is a breeeze! It's really simple, just try to use the phone. Of course is does have redeeming features, just NOT HTC's model. Oh yeah, and you can buy the BETTER version of this phone from AT&T - it has a 3 megapixel cameram tilt screen, software WIFI switch, AND it costs $350 less! Of course, those prices are if you're a new customer, don't plan on upgrading this bizzle fo shizzle. Sprint and HTC, pissing people off and fucking them hard since, ah who gives a shit!
