Sidekick RAZR, and Sidekick Slide surface
Yeah, we know it’s madness out there right now with information floating up more ways than a spilled oil tanker, but wouldn’t you rather hear everything, than hear nothing? We hope so, because one of our main guys has delivered a Sidekick knock out punch, so to speak! We have exclusively obtained two rendering concept pictures of two new Sidekick devices. The Sidekick RAZR is referred to as the "Sidekick Slide" here, and the Sidekick 4 looks to be casually named the "Sidekick". We’re assuming it’s the normal Sidekick 4. While no specs are available these sure have us excited! Head on over to Engadget for the full scoopage. Dang, i like the look of the slide but i dont think the screen is big enough at all. If the screen was a bit bigger it woudl be hot. The other one looks amazing. If i had tmo i woudl definatly get it. The screen looks great.

only cell phones that matter nowadays are the apple iphone and rim blackberrys all the other use to be cool phones like the sidekick and treos fell off i dont think anyone even has sidekicks anymore except middle school kids anyone who had them got blackberrys
If they update their os to compete with that of the iphone, not exact but close enough, I can see it being really really successful

Hmm… i have the sk3 and im over the hype… it was good for what 2 months… n then you ran into all the software issues and tmobile’s bad reception yes the phones do look amazin… but at what cost because sk3 isnt even CLOSE to being durable so making a sleeker model…

and to some1 up above there (idk who, i forgot) it’s stupid that the little kids have blackberries now cause it COMPLETELY defeats the purpose of a business oriented phone, and no, these phones didn’t drop off the market, simply people are realizing that the 3 was a piece of shit. BUT people are still buying them
ook, first of all everyone shut upp! because the sidekick 3 is the shit and will always be. And if they make a sidekick 4 or a sidekick slide it will be the next big thing and you all know it. Just the slide might not do as well cause most people like the sidekick because of their trade mark swivle(sp) screen and for t-mobile to change that might be a bad idea, but id still probably buy it.
I don’t own a sidekick yet, but I’m very interested! I would buy it!
I heard that the SK Slide is just being made to compete with the iPhone. Many people would switch from T-Mobile to Cingular to get an iPhone (which is going to be crap), so T-Mobile is releasing this phone to hold on to their customers. It’s more like a transition device to go from SK3 to SK4. Then they are going to release the Sidekick 4 later on, and probably try to make a big deal out of it like Cingular did with the iPhone.

The SK4 is going to be the best phone every and beside i heard that the iPhone is goin to be at least $1000 so i dont young peopel would pay that much for a phone it they can pay less for another phone and get the same effects as it…

i think this phone is hawwttt….i have had every sk dat ever came out and i cant wait to have this one..besides the iphone is crap..its just a regular phone thats bigger than the sk…people just want it because its touchscreen….thats dumm..

I have a sk3 I had the sk2 and I’m from the uk.I had so many problems with the sk2 it was replaced 6 times under warrentee.having owned so many nokias in past I simply got use to the sk2.the sk2 got discontinued and tmobile had to replace my phone with the sk3 which I was looking foward to but apart from being slimer than the sk3 its basicly the same.bluetooth is rubish so is camera.but I stil love the phone.and the fact its so rare.I only know one other friend who has 1.they are evan more rare in the uk as tmobile never really advertised the sk2 or sk3 there atall.I love reactions on peoples face when they see it and screen flips around.for the sk4 to make it in the uk it has to face tougher demands than the us market as we seem to have phones more focused on there camera mega pixel bluetooth,mp3 etc. These designs do look good but would be nice if had better internet browser.and also if tmobile sorted out the wireless network that it runs through over here so the phone doesn’t have a mind of its own.

i dont think it would be better if the sidekick on the left would be a slide because the swivel is like reeely cool and i havent seen any other fones with such a cool way of opening ! if they dont keep the swivel i might not be as intrested in them
