Anyone know if Sprint/Nextel will be putting PTT on this? I’m currently testing Cingular’s PTT with their 8800 model and it works pretty well, but I’m wondering if there are other options.

I saw this post as I enjoy this site and thought I should come by and let you know that we did a Hands on of the BB 8830 a month ago, with deets on it’s release! Also, my sources tell us that the Business release is the 5th of July, and it will most likely have a $50 introductory rebate making it $149. The consumer release date is correct, July 15th! come on by and have a look at our hands on 8830 comparison photo’s. Just scroll down. Thanks!

@jjlo the 8820 is rumored to be the successor to the GSM 8800 so it has wifi. It will be fun.

If it weren’t for the fact that I hate sprint I would look into getting this one. But I still prefer to wait for the 8820.

Finally!! Some information from Sprint! Tough sometimes to buy a phone without at least holding it first. I waited this long, what is a few more weeks.
