Yeah, that Hummer. The world’s most environmentally conscious auto company is set to release a Hummer phone in conjunction with French design company ModeLabs. The phone, dubbed the Hummer HT1 is predictably rugged. It also comes in your choice of Khaki, Green, Silver, or Bright Yellow. On the feature side of things you’ll get a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio, microSD slot, and a GPRS radio. Seriously guys…GPRS? If you can manage to look past the glaring lack of EDGE/3G support, you will still find yourself with a rather pedestrian handset at a rather unbelievable price. $409. The irony of the matter is that this thing will only be available in Europe, a continent almost entirely devoid of this mobile phone’s gas guzzling namesake.
