Consumers tend not to want too many choices. I mean they want choice, but like most non-technophiles, want to make a choice between 1 to 3 options not well if I choose 1 out of the 5 options then I have another 4 options to choose from there. The iPod doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other mp3 players like A2DP or a built in FM transmitter, but it seems to give the customer enough choice I think Verizon has the same game plan as apple.
