Helio Ocean review with Just Blaze
Helio’s new Ocean handset has got people breaking through the glass! Well, almost. The demand for the phone is so high that the soon-to-be-opened New York City Helio store has begun selling the Ocean in addition to the other 4 flagship locations. They aren’t there all day, but if you catch them at the right time they’ll be glad to set you up. We won’t dive too much into the specs here because that what the video review is for. Phone, IM, SMS, MySpace, QWERTY, wowee! Just Blaze, take it away…

I hit up the same helio store JB mentioned in the review and had no luck, so i will def. try again this weekend to cop one.
Ok, major draw back ppl.. You cant recieve phone calls while using the data (IM, Web, EMAIL) It will go straight to your voicemail… that is a killer for me and why I am going to send the phone back ASAP.
Not really, Joe. That will only happen if you’re actively sending/receiving data under 1x (like hitting send/receive for email, or sending a file via IM). Under no circumstances will that happen if you have 3G coverage (i.e. the vast majority of Helio users).
Ocean is amazing, but it does have to adhere to the laws of CDMA.
EXCELLENT REVIEW. he should be featured on this site, i would def. keep coming back if he continues to review devices on the site. it makes me want to get a helio ocean, they should hire just blaze to make a track for an ad or something.

I ordered the Ocean, got it 2 days later, it’s GREAT! If you text often, want true internet on your phone, and enjoy pics/music/vids, this is your best option. NO PROBLEMS, and you can receive calls no matter what, I just tested it. Helio is outstanding.

Dude that was the best fucking review i ever saw on the Helio Ocean..ive watchd other reviews..but none actually showd in that much detail..that was great..That review alone pretty much sold that phone for me..

The Helio Ocean is doing great right now, especially on our online specials at http://www.heliobuy.com. Customers can not get enough of this device, we pretty much sell every handset that comes in to our warehouse and customers call in asking for device. This is a big change from actually going over the Helio devices with the customer and then having them choose. It looks like the buzz has been great about the Ocean and the company as a whole has the right strategy to survive in this MVNO marketplace.

The Helio Mysto is a great addition to the Helio family. The Mysto is a slim and sexy phone and I just love how it slides. It has all the same great features as the Ocean minus the keyboard and the Mysto has voice dialing. I got my Helio Mysto off the internet from company called Finawireless.com they really made me feel comfortable in purchasing my phone online.

Samsung did a great job, but the service of Helio sucks.
In a few words. I lost my commercial phone number, I still do not have service (my account was canceled by an error from Helio) and don’t know when I may have it again, I am tied to a 2 year contract with one of the worst companies in the solar system , I spent the last 3 days begging Helio for a phone service, and I really feel that they can ruin my credit score as easy as I can kill a fly, even when they know clearly that it was their mistake.
