Yahoo Mobile Goes Global
Yahoo oneSearch and Yahoo Go! have been released out to 6 new countries today. The popular cell phone based programs have currently only been available to US citizens, but now have expanded to UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, and Canada. Yahoo’s mobile search results return data in a quick and easy to read format based on your zip code. At it’s launch, these countries will have access to local listings with phone number, distance and click to call. In addition to News, Finance, Weather, Image, Flickr and Web results. More features are constantly being added, and will show up as they are released.
