Extend your PSP battery life
Portable gaming systems are only as strong as their weakest link: the battery. The pack straps on to the back of your PSP adding 5 ounces of weight. The weight increase seems to be justified however, given the exceptional increase in playing time. This would have been a good idea a year ago when people actually cared about or used PSPs.

I’m not too sure about the new look though…the addition makes it look too bulky is it not possible to have more milliamps on the new slim batteries
Indeed bulky. And I believe it reduces comfort.
