I have already been through 3 of them in 5 months and keep having the same problem. These people are unbelieveable. The cellphone provided shouldn't be responsible, but it will make cellphone makes from forcing "refurbished" cell phones on people already having problems. Since when are cell phone providers responsible for manufacturing cell phones? The only valid reason for getting out of a cell phone contract is service issues with the carrier. That would make sense. Getting out a contract because the phone that a service provider had no hand in making does not make sense. Essentially this law is saying guild by associate is OK. Wow, this law makes no sense.
