Live TV on your Windows Mobile Phone
If you’ve been looking for a way to watch streaming broadcasts of your favorite network TV shows from your Windows Mobile handset, you might not have to look much further. A new service from Makayama enables live streaming television on a wide variety of handsets. It streams content to your phone over UMTS, EVDO, and even EDGE capable phones. The service doesn’t require a subscription, with a one-time $19.95 software purchase hooking you up for as long as your heart desires. Currently supported channels include CNN, CBS, ESPN, BBC, and many more. If you don’t have a SlingBox this might be the way to go. Check the link for more info.

@ Don:
What’s wrong with that list then? There are some Edge capable devices in it. Or am I missing something?
those devices that are edge also support wifi.
my mistake
I was looking for the HTC Edge devices under HTC – some of them are under T-Mobile.
I wonder if it does work over the edge connection – or simply over the wifi connection
