JetBlue: You are now free to TXT across the country

The budget airline with the most features, JetBlue, might be adding another one to it’s impressive list. Text messages and voicemail calls might soon be allowed on your next JetBlue flight, that is if David Neeleman (CEO of JetBlue) has anything to say about it. They would allow the usage of phones as long as you use the "slient options," meaning no talking or annoying sms alerts. Neeleman is hoping to get this off the ground soon, as various other airlines like Qantas in Australia, and Air France are already considering such options. This sounds like a win for everyone, you can message your loved ones, while keeping passengers from loudly blabbing on their phones. It’s time to teach mom and dad how to use SMS, it’s becoming the fastest growing forms of communication, and now it’s going airborne.
