Sprint has sent out the data sheet for their upcoming PPC-6800 (HTC Titan). What a great phone, if it only included Windows Mobile 6 and EV-DO Rev A., instead of hinting at the possibilities of being able to upgrade later. Featuring a 2.8" QVGA LCD screen, WiFi, Bluetooth, microSD card, and 2-megapixel camera with flash, auto-focus and camcorder, it is expected to launch late next month as the replacement to the PPC-6700.

Best thing to do is order it online and pay for the express shipping overnight. That will be the quickiest way it’s looking like?

Mine is on its way, ordered online with a new 2-year agreement! I paid 10.00 shipping for delivery in 2 days, and you can pay an extra $2 for next-day delivery.

I ordered it off the Sprint.com website. I have two phone lines, and the first one I went to order it for did not apply the discount because my previous 2-year agreement was not over until next month (I found this out by calling *2 - Sprint rep). Then I tried it on the other phone line, and it gave me the option to do another 2-year agreement, which saved me $150.

I just ordered mine online sprint.com in order to save $18 for activation (I think). I tried to call cust service and the rep was obviously not familiar with the phone and couldn’t take off the $18 charge.

if you are using your $150 upgrade discnt i would advise doing that with a sprint SALES rep via phone (not a regular rep but a SALES rep). If you ordered online make sure you didnt set up a new line of service (unless this is what you wanted). I found upgrading online to be a little confusing for a lot of folks…

i need to note that my prvs msg was not at all intended to discnt STORE reps. the intention of my comment was to say that if you have to order via phone talk with SALES and not reg customer care reps.

From Sprint.com. One of the reps guided me through the process. I went to “upgrade your phone” under the “already a customer” heading, then followed the necessary steps.

Did he give you the option of silver or charcol??? and has anyone else gotten the charcol one from sprint??? b-cuz it is silver on the website

No option was given - I assume there is only one option. But the one I got was darker than the one pictured on the website, and in my opinion would classify way more as charcoal gray than silver. In fact, it looks more similar to the one pictured at the top of this webpage (but not quite as dark) than the one on the sprint website. Anyone else agree with me?
